Mandie Lynn Ramold-Wall

Mandie Lynn Ramold-Wall, 48, died on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Merrick Medical Center in Central City. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 1pm until 3pm at Solt-Wagner Community Room in Central City. Mandie was born on November 12, 1975, to Joe and Julie (Meierhenry) Ramold in O’Neill, Nebraska. She spent her early years in the O’Neill area before the family relocated to Central City in the late 1980s. Mandie graduated from Central City High School with the class of 1994. Following graduation, she moved to Polk. In 1997, she married and welcomed her daughter, Samantha, into the world that same year. In 2011, Mandie settled into her final home in Central City. After finalizing her divorce in 2019, she embraced a renewed sense of freedom and began truly living her life. Mandie found joy in reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. She cherished sharing a good glass of wine while relaxing on her patio with neighbors. Mandie also enjoyed having coffee with her daughter and colleagues, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and watching her nephew Tristan excel in his sporting endeavors each year. A passionate sports fan, she followed a variety of sports, especially the Nebraska Huskers, and took particular pride in the career of her favorite pro athlete, Ndamukong Suh. Above all, Mandie loved taking peaceful country drives with her daughter. Those who will forever cherish her memory include her daughter, Samantha, of Central City; her brothers, Joseph (Vickie) Ramold of Clarks and Matthew Ramold of Central City; her sister, Becky Richardson of Central City; her nieces, Lauren (Keaton) Ramold and Katelyn (Michael) Ramold; and her nephews; Tristan Richardson and Khristopher (Haley) Kelley. She is also remembered by many other beloved family members and friends. She was proceded in death by her parents, Joe and Julie Ramold; her grandparents, Joe and Bridget Ramold, and Donald and Jacqueline Meierhenry; her aunts Debra Follette, Ann Barritt, and Bridget Ramold; her uncle, Dan Barritt; her niece, Katlyn Kelley; and many other beloved family members.
